Glass beads are added to a painted line or legend immediately after the paint has been applied. The glass beads will settle into the wet paint and become bonded to it as the paint dries, making the lines reflective at night. Traffic Supply, Inc. stocks Type 1 moisture proof beads in 50lb bags, which will theoretically cover 533 SF or 1600 LF of 4" line.
Spilled product should be cleaned up immediately as it is quite slippery.
